You can combine as many Black Market shirts as you like, but you cannot combine Black Market and Print To Order shirts in the same order. If you want a Black Market shirt and a Print To Order shirt, we suggest you order them both in the standard, Print To Order way and they will both be delivered at the same time (7-15 days). If you order them separately, you’re going to end up paying more for the shipping and handling, but hey, that’s up to you.

So, if you see something on our site that you want sooner than later, you are in luck. If the design you want is not available in the size you’d like; don’t worry. You can still order any shirts on our site in the standard way, and they will arrive on our regular delivery schedule. (7-15 days).

T-Shirt Hell.com offers gift certificates for sale for any amount you would like. You can either send your gift certificate electronically to the recipient, or you can print out an actual certificate that you fill in and provide to whomever you are giving the certificate to. CUSTON SHIRTS:

We can not make custom shirts. We can not offer customized versions of our existing shirts.

BACK FROM THE DEAD:

We are going to bring back four classic shirts every week. Each set of four shirts will only be available for two weeks. Once those two weeks are up the shirts go back to the bowels of Hell, where you won't be able to get them until you're dead.

SHIPPING INFO:

We ship to anywhere in the U.S. and many countries internationally. Shipping takes 7-15 days for all orders in the US and an additional 7-10 days to International destinations. Packages in the U.S. are sent via the U.S. Postal Service by Priority or First Class Mail. Please make sure you can receive mail from the Post Office at the address you supply. We are unable to grant requests to send our packages via UPS or Fed Ex, even if you want to use your own account.

Why does it take 7-15 days for shipping? The answer is simple: variety. We offer around 200 different designs. We offer all of our designs in over 100 different styles and colors. This allows you to create a truly custom shirt. In addition to the choices in styles and colors, we also offer some styles in sizes up to 5XL. If we tried to keep just one of each design, in every style, color and size that we offer; we would have to keep an inventory of over 130,000 shirts. And that’s just to have one of each design in stock.

So instead, we print to order. You may wonder why we don’t print our shirts as the orders come in, or at least process a day’s worth of orders, on the following day. Silk screening shirts, while providing the highest quality results, is a fairly labor intensive process. Every time you print a new design, you have to set up the screen or screens for the artwork; do a test print; make sure everything is lined up correctly; and make sure you have all of the ink colors that you need. When you’re done, you need to clean and put everything away, and go through the same process for the next shirt.

We sell over 5,000 shirts a week, at least one of each design every day. So, every day we would have to set up every single design: all 200 of them. If we could set up each shirt in 5 minutes that would be 16 hours a day spent setting shirts up. We would spend more time setting up shirts each day than actually printing them.

So, it makes sense to do as many of each design at the same time as you can. So we take all of the orders that come in from Monday – Sunday of any given week, and print them the following week. By doing a week’s worth of each design at a time, we can operate our printing plant efficiently; and that keeps our costs and our prices down.

The only way to “speed up” delivery is to take advantage of the cycle I just explained. If you order on Monday, that order is not going to be processed until Sunday at midnight, and will not ship until the following Friday, or 12 days later. If you order on Sunday, that order will be processed the same night, and will ship on Friday, or 6 days later.

We do not offer express or overnight shipping. Most of the delivery time is really spent in processing, not in shipping. We ship all of our packages U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. It usually takes 2-3 business days to reach most parts of the continental United States, so overnight or second day delivery is not really going to be that much of a benefit. We ship thousands of shirts every week and we have automated as much of the process as possible. That’s why it’s not possible for us to pull your order out and ship it by Fed Ex or some other Express service, even if were willing to pay extra or use a personal account.

We like to think we offer the best t-shirt experience. We use the highest quality shirts and the best printing method available (silk screening). Other t-shirt companies may offer fewer designs, on a limited selection of sizes, colors, and styles. They may iron on their designs or use inkjet printing. It will reduce their
set up time, but the image quality, and washability will suffer. We offer more high quality silk screened designs, on more styles, colors, and sizes than any other company. We think that they’re worth waiting for.

USA: If you select Priority Mail, shipping is $4.95 for the first shirt and varying amounts for additional shirts depending upon what your zip code is and the weight of your order (USPS priority mail has changed their entire pricing scheme and the pricing depends upon what zone your city falls in and how far it is from our facility in Phoenix AZ). Selecting First Class Mail will get you cheaper rates. You can see those rates in the shopping cart.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES- INTERNATIONAL

Canada/International (Countries below): Prices vary depending upon what zone you are in according to the USPS Letter Post zoning chart. Calculations are made in the shopping cart when ordering based on total weight of order.

To calculate your total cost, you'll have to proceed through the shopping cart (to the page before you enter your credit card details). Choose the shirts you would like and enter your shipping info and you will see the total for shipping and the shirts combined before you are actually charged. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Please consult your local bank if you need currency conversion details for countries other than the U.S.

Note: Certain countries charge additional fees, such as custom fees and independent carrier fees. Please contact your local customs office or branch office of the us postal service to find out what kind of fees you can expect based upon the type of merchandise you wish to order before placing your order.

We are required to put your full invoice amount on the "Customs Form" and on the packing slip within your package (so... if your order is $72, we put $72 on the form and in the box).

DESIGNATING YOUR PACKAGE AS A "GIFT"*

You may declare your package as a "gift" by clicking the "gift" check box before you order. If you check this box, the recipient (whomever the package is delivered to, even if it's just yourself) may be charged considerably less in taxes or may not be taxed at all.

However, you should check with your local customs office to find out what qualifies a package to be classified as a gift, and how it affects the charges you will incur locally such as taxes, duties, or other tariffs. Misuse of the "gift" designation may result in your package being delayed at customs, or even returned to us.

On all "gift" orders, we declare $3 per item (the designated cost to make a product). So, if you order 2 shirts, your order will be declared as a "gift" with a $6 value and NO TOTALS will be stated on your packing slip inside the box (they will instead be replaced with the word "gift").

*SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT "GIFTS" FOR UK, CANADA, NORWAY, AND SWITZERLAND CUSTOMERS

There is no point in checking gift. If you do, there will not be prices on the invoice, but we are required to put the total invoice amount on the customs form, by your country's customs office and the $3 per item rule does not apply. These are your laws, so don't blame us! I would move.

MILITARY ADDRESSES:

We ship to all military addresses. Please make sure you address your mail properly so it will be routed through the military mail system. Military addresses must show the grade, full name with middle name or initial, and PSC number, unit number, or ship name. Replace the city name with "APO " or "FPO," and the state with "AA," "AE," or "AP," and use the military zipcode. Regardless of the country you are stationed in, the country you should always select is United States. Entering a foreign country will only delay your package.

You can enter your grade, first name, and middle initial in the First Name field.

Organization name should be included if you have it; however, it is not always used for certain types of forces.

Unit number is a four digit number assigned to some units, but not all. Where assigned, it should always be used. Soldiers will have notified friends and family if they have one assigned.

Our system only accepts a five digit zipcode. Do not enter the additional 4 digits.

SHRINKAGE AND CARE:

All our shirts are made of 100% cotton*. They may shrink about half a size when washed except for the Ringers. Our Ringer shirts seem to shrink about one full size when washed.

You must wash our shirts in cold water with similar colors and dry on low heat to minimize shrinkage or color bleeding. Color bleeding is more likely to occur on darker, richer colors but turning inside out and washing in cold should prevent this.

We have more styles, colors and sizes than any other offensive t-shirt site on the net! Find a shirt you like and customize it to fit your personal fashion preferences. Now you can wear shirts you actually look good in when offending innocent townsfolks.

All shirt Widths measured from under the arms (chest) while laid flat. All Lengths measured from bottom of shirt to the highest point of the shoulder. If you're unsure what size to buy, try measuring a similar shirt that you already own, that fits well, and compare those measurements to the size chart.

These measurements are approximate and are accurate for the majority of the shirts we print and ship. The exact measurements can and do vary slightly.

The Men's American Apparel Tee is manufactured by, you guessed it... American Apparel! (model# 2001), made of 100% Fine Jersey cotton, combed for softness and comfort. "The softest, smoothest, best-looking T-shirt available anywhere", says American Apparel. But we think they may be biased..so you decide. It is softer and thinner than our Beefy Tee, so it does drape better (if you like that sort of thing). The dimensions of the body are about the same as our Beefy Tee, but the sleeves are both narrower and shorter. Shrinks an average of half a size in the wash.

MEN'S BEEFY TEE

The Men's Vintage Tee is manufactured by District Threads (model# DT099), made of 100% pigment dyed, preshrunk cotton. The unique pigment-dyed look just gets better and better with every wash. Seamless, double-needle collar, taped neck and shoulders, double-needle bottom hem for lasting wear. While the Vintage Tee feels a bit rougher to the touch in comparison to the Beefy Tee, the threads are woven a bit looser on the Vintage Tee and you may find that it breathes better.
