HOW TO CHANGE YOUR ORDER (Modifications/Cancellations):
ORDER MODIFICATIONS/CANCELLATIONS:
DEADLINE: 5PM ET the day you place your order.
TO MODIFY/CANCEL YOUR ORDER: If it is before 8pm ET the day you placed your order, email us with the invoice number and exact changes you want to make and we'll try to accommodate you.
If you ordered after 8pm ET, you can attempt to contact us via the web form and we will try to change it. But most likely it is too late to modify or cancel the order. When the package arrives, do not open the package. Mark it "refused" and give it back to your delivery person. It will be sent back free of charge to you, and you will be credited when we receive the package back.
If you want to cancel only part of your order, you will need to follow the return instructions that are enclosed in your package.

GIFT CERTIFICATES:
T-Shirt Hell.com offers gift certificates for sale for any amount you would like. You can either send your gift certificate electronically to the recipient, or you can print out an actual certificate that you fill in and provide to whomever you are giving the certificate to. CUSTOM SHIRTS:
We can not make custom shirts. We can not offer customized versions of our existing shirts.
SHIPPING INFO:
We ship to anywhere in the U.S. and many countries internationally. All shirts are available to ship the next business day. Shirts ordered on Sundays may take an extra day to ship and will ship in 1-2 days. Packages in the U.S. are sent via the U.S. Postal Service by Priority or First Class Mail. Please make sure you can receive mail from the Post Office at the address you supply. We are unable to grant requests to send our packages via UPS or Fed Ex, even if you want to use your own account.
We do not offer express or overnight shipping. Most of the delivery time is really spent in processing, not in shipping. We ship all of our packages U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. It usually takes 2-3 business days to reach most parts of the continental United States, so overnight or second day delivery is not really going to be that much of a benefit. We ship thousands of shirts every week and we have automated as much of the process as possible. That’s why it’s not possible for us to pull your order out and ship it by Fed Ex or some other Express service, even if were willing to pay extra or use a personal account.

USA: If you select Priority Mail, shipping is around $6.00 for the first shirt and varying amounts for additional shirts depending upon what your zip code is and the weight of your order (USPS priority mail has changed their entire pricing scheme and the pricing depends upon what zone your city falls in and how far it is from our facility in Phoenix AZ). Selecting First Class Mail will get you cheaper rates. You can see those rates in the shopping cart.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES- INTERNATIONAL
Canada/International (Countries below): Prices vary depending upon what zone you are in according to the USPS Letter Post zoning chart. Calculations are made in the shopping cart when ordering based on total weight of order.
To calculate your total cost, you'll have to proceed through the shopping cart (to the page before you enter your credit card details). Choose the shirts you would like and enter your shipping info and you will see the total for shipping and the shirts combined before you are actually charged. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Please consult your local bank if you need currency conversion details for countries other than the U.S.
Note: Certain countries charge additional fees, such as custom fees and independent carrier fees. Please contact your local customs office or branch office of the us postal service to find out what kind of fees you can expect based upon the type of merchandise you wish to order before placing your order.
We are required to put your full invoice amount on the "Customs Form" and on the packing slip within your package (so... if your order is $72, we put $72 on the form and in the box).
DESIGNATING YOUR PACKAGE AS A "GIFT"*
You may declare your package as a "gift" by clicking the "gift" check box before you order. If you check this box, the recipient (whomever the package is delivered to, even if it's just yourself) may be charged considerably less in taxes or may not be taxed at all.
However, you should check with your local customs office to find out what qualifies a package to be classified as a gift, and how it affects the charges you will incur locally such as taxes, duties, or other tariffs. Misuse of the "gift" designation may result in your package being delayed at customs, or even returned to us.
On all "gift" orders, we declare $3 per item (the designated cost to make a product). So, if you order 2 shirts, your order will be declared as a "gift" with a $6 value and NO TOTALS will be stated on your packing slip inside the box (they will instead be replaced with the word "gift").
*SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT "GIFTS" FOR UK, CANADA, NORWAY, SWEDEN AND SWITZERLAND CUSTOMERS
There is no point in checking gift. If you do, there will not be prices on the invoice, but we are required to put the total invoice amount on the customs form, by your country's customs office and the $3 per item rule does not apply. These are your laws, so don't blame us! I would move.
MILITARY ADDRESSES:
We ship to all military addresses. Please make sure you address your mail properly so it will be routed through the military mail system. Military addresses must show the grade, full name with middle name or initial, and PSC number, unit number, or ship name. Replace the city name with "APO " or "FPO," and the state with "AA," "AE," or "AP," and use the military zipcode. Regardless of the country you are stationed in, the country you should always select is United States. Entering a foreign country will only delay your package.
You can enter your grade, first name, and middle initial in the First Name field.
Organization name should be included if you have it; however, it is not always used for certain types of forces.
Unit number is a four digit number assigned to some units, but not all. Where assigned, it should always be used. Soldiers will have notified friends and family if they have one assigned.
Our system only accepts a five digit zipcode. Do not enter the additional 4 digits.

COLORS, STYLES AND SIZES:
T-Shirt Hell t-shirts come in a variety of over 100 color, style and size combinations.

SHRINKAGE AND CARE:
All our shirts are made of 100% cotton*. They may shrink about half a size when washed except for the Ringers. Our Ringer shirts seem to shrink about one full size when washed.
You must wash our shirts in cold water with similar colors and dry on low heat to minimize shrinkage or color bleeding. Color bleeding is more likely to occur on darker, richer colors but turning inside out and washing in cold should prevent this.

Our shirts are made from the highest quality cloth on the market, are 100% Cotton* and are screen printed to assure longevity and superior look. No crappy iron ons, seconds or irregulars here. Our Standard Tee is a 6.1 oz Hanes Beefy Tee.

We have more styles, colors and sizes than any other offensive t-shirt site on the net! Find a shirt you like and customize it to fit your personal fashion preferences. Now you can wear shirts you actually look good in when offending innocent townsfolks.
All shirt Widths measured from under the arms (chest) while laid flat. All Lengths measured from bottom of shirt to the highest point of the shoulder. If you're unsure what size to buy, try measuring a similar shirt that you already own, that fits well, and compare those measurements to the size chart.
These measurements are approximate and are accurate for the majority of the shirts we print and ship. The exact measurements can and do vary slightly.

The Men's American Apparel Tee is manufactured by, you guessed it... American Apparel! (model# 2001), made of 100% Fine Jersey cotton, combed for softness and comfort. "The softest, smoothest, best-looking T-shirt available anywhere", says American Apparel. But we think they may be biased..so you decide. It is softer and thinner than our Beefy Tee, so it does drape better (if you like that sort of thing). The dimensions of the body are about the same as our Beefy Tee, but the sleeves are both narrower and shorter. Shrinks an average of half a size in the wash.

We can not process your return without your invoice #. If you do not know your invoice # please contact us. We will need to know your name and address in order to look up your order.
If you do not have your return form, please put your invoice number on a note in the box/package along with your name, address, telephone number, email address, and the reason for the return.
EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS:
We are currently unable to offer exchanges. Follow the instructions for returns, and then simply place a new order for the new item(s) on our site. You will receive a full refund for your original order once we receive it (minus shipping/handling fees).
