SICK T-SHIRT MAKER POISONED
When the founder of T-Shirt Hell ended up in hospital, he realized someone was out to get him.
Aaron Schwarz is the millionaire owner of online store tshirthell.com. His controversial range, which includes the infamous "I Surfed The Tsunami 2004" lead to death threats.
So, when, after a night out with some people he didn't know, Schwarz collapsed with severe convulsions, he had a good idea who was responsible, "I was going though a moment where I thought I was going to die." After medics confirmed he had been poisoned, Schwarz was shaken enough to remove the most offensive Worse Than Hell section from his site. But he soon rethought his position and reinstated it. "I realized that I could not live my life in fear." he also told ZOO, "and I could not live with myself for going against my core principles about freedom of speech. If someone wants to kill me over a funny T-shirt, so be it."
