New York-based T-shirt company T-Shirt Hell, Inc., filed a trademark-infringement lawsuit May 28 against rocker and reality TV star Ozzy Osbourne, accusing him of swiping its idea for a T-shirt. The suit claims Ozzy's label placed an order for $500 worth of shirts reading "F--k My Family, I'm Moving In With the Osbournes." and then Ozzy and wife Sharon used nearly the same slogan to sell similar T-shirts ordered through another maker.
